Introduction to Tai Chi & Qigong

In a world where life moves very quickly, and information comes at us from every direction, it’s essential to find balance by slowing down and filtering out what is not truly useful.

Tai Chi and Qigong are methods that balance our energy fields and train the body to move in the way that it was designed to. Benefits include stress reduction, increased flexibility, better balance, increased energy and clarity, and reduction in chronic pain from conditions such as Arthritis, and Fibromyalgia.

Join certified Tai Chi and Health Qigong instructor, Kelly Hong-Williams, for an introduction to gentle exercises that will leave you feeling simultaneously relaxed and energized.
