Baduanjin Review and Refinement

This class is open to those who have learned Baduanjin Qigong and would like to get the most out of their practice. We’ll cover movement refinement and breathing. If you have taken Kelly’s Baduanjin Bootcamp (either live or by video), and understand what Kelly means when she asks you to “get into your Tai Chi body” then you’re ready to take this class!
