Tai Chi for Arthritis I Review Class

This class is for those who have previously attended the Tai Chi for Arthritis I class and serves to bridge the gap between learning the form and being able to practice without any instruction. The class will consist of a warm up followed by a guided practice.

Mon-Wed will focus on review. Thurs-Fri will focus on refinement and preparation for section II.
