Qigong Bootcamps are FREE!
Ba Duan Jin Qigong is a traditional Chinese health and fitness routine that has been practiced since the Song Dynasty (960-1279). There are many variations to this practice. The version taught in this class is one that has been compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association as part of its Chinese Health Qigong series.
This class is offered in bootcamp format and will meet daily Mon-Fri for two weeks.
Each day covers new material of an 8 part set. Attending all 10 classes is highly recommended.

Fees for all other classes and practices support our free online offerings and are “pay what is comfortable”. It’s our mission to make Tai Chi and Qigong accessible. Thank you for helping us.
Some students prefer to keep track of the classes they attend and pay at the end of the month. Others choose a monthly fee that is comfortable.
Pay what you can, if you can, and if you can’t, come anyway and don’t worry. Accept help when you need it. Offer help when you can. You’re a part of our community. Welcome.
