Prerequisite: Baduanjin Qigong Bootcamp

In 1956, the Chinese Sports Committee created this “short” form of tai chi. Containing postures from the traditional Yang Family Style 103 Form, the 24 Form is a simplified version that introduces the principles of Tai Chi.

In this class, we’ll explore relaxation and flow.

Fridays 10:35-11:00 a.m. begins Feb. 19th.

Students who do not attend the 10:00 Baduanjin practice will be expected to warm up on their own prior to class to ensure their bodies are ready for class.
