Mainly practiced for its health benefits, Yang Style is currently the most popular style of Tai Chi. The simplified 8 form establishes a good foundation while requiring only a small space to practice. This low impact exercise stimulates both the brain and the body and is proven to improve strength, balance, and coordination. It is also a gentle and effective way to reduce stress.
