Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention I

This form is excellent for stress relief and is used as our Beginner form because of its suitability for most body types and conditions. It’s for anyone who would like to improve their balance, coordination, and relaxation of the body with the side benefit of improving symptoms of Arthritis.

Based on the Sun style of tai chi, this program was designed by Dr. Paul Lam to benefit those with Arthritis. Numerous medical studies have proven its effectiveness at helping Arthritis (both osteo and rheumatoid) as well as fibromyalgia symptoms with the side benefit of fall prevention. This form is taught in three sections (Introduction, Part I, and Part II).
