In this practice, we’ll do a quick pat down of the body and go directly into Baduanjin. The instructor will face the camera and practice the form mirror image to music. There will be no verbal cues. This is the warm up for the Tai Chi for Arthritis class, however, anyone wishing to practice the form is welcome to join.
