This class is the pre-requisite to all of our Level I classes.
Ba Duan Jin Qigong is a traditional Chinese health and fitness routine that has been practiced since the Song Dynasty (960-1279). There are many variations to this practice. The version taught in this class is one that has been compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association as part of its Chinese Health Qigong series.
This class is offered on Zoom in bootcamp format and meets daily Mon-Fri for two weeks.
Each day covers new material of an 8 part set. Attending all 10 classes is highly recommended.
