Class and Practice Schedule

Experience Reiki (free class)

Wednesday, July 17th 7:00-8:00 p.m. PDT


Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy that supports the improvement of body and mind. This non-invasive technique helps to clear blockages within the energy field which interfere with the body’s innate healing abilities.

Reiki reduces stress and and gently returns the body to a state in which healing can take place. This class will provide a brief overview of the history and philosophy of Reiki and will be followed by a remote session for those interested in experiencing Reiki. We’ll do some easy exercises followed by a meditation during which Kelly will send Reiki.

Reiki Level I Attunement

Pre-requisites: Baduanjin Qigong Bootcamp, Meditation, Meditation and Reiki.

This class is for those who are ready to begin a journey of healing mind, body, and soul through Reiki. During this class, the student will be guided through a meditation that will empower them to do Reiki for themselves and others.

Guided Level I Reiki Practice

(Pre-requisite: Reiki Level I)

This practice consists of a live guided warm up and meditation, a video led practice of some commonly used hand positions, and a closing exercise.

Student Practice

(Pre-requisite: Reiki Level I)

These practices are offered to help students establish a regular practice. This is not a guided practice. The classroom will be open 5 minutes ahead of time for greetings and settling in. Students will begin their own practice, and the classroom will close after 15 minutes. However, students are welcome to stay in their practice for as long as they wish. We recommend that you set an alarm for the end of your practice if you have other engagements.
