Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that supports the body’s innate healing abilities. This non-invasive technique helps clear blockages within the energy field thereby allowing smooth flow.

Ki

Ki is the subtle energy known as “Life Force”. Ideally, it’s meant to flow smoothly and in good supply. Many things in our lives can influence this energy such as stress, physical or emotional trauma, environment, and simple day to day living. Keeping our Ki balanced helps us to remain happy and healthy.

Treatment (Currently offering remote treatments only)

During treatment, the client lies down on a massage table fully clothed. Traditionally, Reiki is performed by laying on hands, but can also be done hands off, according to the client’s preference. The practitioner works with Reiki to help the client ease resistance or blockages that are in the way of receiving what is needed to achieve balance. Kelly Hong-Williams uses her skills as a physical empath to guide her as she works with her clients. Read about her experience as an empath here.

Fee: Sliding scale $40-$70 for 60 min.
