Reiki is a Japanese energy therapy that supports the improvement of body and mind. This non-invasive technique helps to clear blockages within the energy field which interfere with the body’s innate healing abilities. This technique reduces stress and and gently returns the body to a state in which healing can take place.
This class will provide a brief overview of the history and philosophy of Reiki and will be followed by a brief meditation leading into a remote Reiki session for those interested in experiencing Reiki.
