Classes vs. Practices

During classes, students receive instruction. During practices, it’s assumed that the student already knows the form, and there is little to no instruction.

Baduanjin Qigong and Meditation Practice

This practice is suitable for students who don’t need prompting. The instructor’s back will be to the camera for the Baduanjin Qigong portion, and there will be no verbal cues. Example can be seen here:

The practice will consist of a quick warm up, practice of Baduanjin followed by meditation.

Those pressed for time are welcome to leave during the pause between Baduanjin and meditation.

Baduanjin Mini Practice

The instructor faces the camera and practices the form mirror image to the students. There are no verbal cues. This is the warm up for the Tai Chi for Arthritis class, however, anyone wishing to practice the form is welcome to join.

Tai Chi for Arthritis I&II Practice (Intermediate)

Practice of Tai Chi for Arthritis Parts I and II three times in a row.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Refinement Class (Intermediate)
