Meditation can help bring a feeling of clarity and connection by quieting the noise of daily life. It helps us to release the resistance that gets in the way of the flow of our energy. When our energy flows uninterrupted, we experience a sense of peace and wellness.
In this class, we’ll do a warm up, learn a little qigong and end with a cool down and meditation. Our goal will be to spend some time in the simple state of being rather than doing.
