There is a subtle energy that runs through and around us that, with practice, can be felt. We all feel it already to some degree, but may not recognize that’s what it is. Have you ever met someone and immediately felt comfortable in their presence? Or the opposite? You can’t place your finger on it, but something about them makes you feel uncomfortable or drained?
