Ba Duan Jin Qigong is a traditional Chinese health and fitness routine that has been practiced since the Song Dynasty (960-1279). There are many variations to this practice. The version taught in this class is one that has been compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association as part of its Chinese Health Qigong series.

In this 10 Day bootcamp, we’ll immerse ourselves in the form, learn about proper body mechanics as well as relaxation techniques that will allow our energy to flow smoothly and easily.
