Practice – QIGONG AND MEDITATION

This practice is suitable for students who don’t need prompting. The instructor’s back will be to the camera for the Baduanjin Qigong portion, and there will be no verbal cues. Example can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WCBDwwtT1E

The practice will consist of a quick warm up, practice of Baduanjin followed by meditation.

Those pressed for time are welcome to leave during the pause between Baduanjin and meditation.

Yang Style 8 Form Hybrid @ Your living room

This class is the Yang Style 8 Form with elements of Yang Family Style incorporated.

Yang Family Section I Practice @ Your living room

Practices are offered Mondays and Fridays 11:00-11:30 to support those taking the Yang Family Section I classes.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Section I BOOTCAMP! @ Your living room

Based on the Sun style of tai chi, this program was designed by Dr. Paul Lam to benefit those with Arthritis. Numerous medical studies have proven its effectiveness at helping Arthritis (both osteo and rheumatoid) as well as fibromyalgia symptoms with the side benefit of fall prevention.

In this class, we will cover section I of the form.

The original Yang style Tai Chi as taught by Grandmaster Yang Jun, sixth generation lineage holder of the Yang Family. This class will cover the first of three sections. Classes run Mondays at 4:00 p.m. and practices are offered Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m.

Baduanjin Mini Practice @ Your living room

We will do a quick pat down and go directly into Baduanjin. The instructor will face the camera and practice the form mirror image to music. There will be no verbal cues. This is the warm up for the Tai Chi for Arthritis class, however, anyone wishing to practice the form is welcome to join.
